The Morning

April and Jen started their morning getting ready in a local Virginia neighborhood, followed by some leisurely time before arriving at the Back Bay’s Farmhouse Brewing Co. These two took full advantage of enjoying the sunny skies outside at the brewery before starting the ceremony.

The start to a wonderful intimate farmhouse wedding! They began their wedding ceremony early afternoon, surrounded by the combination of their five children. Neighbor, and family friend, took the honor of being the officiant for the wedding. A marine, along with April’s son Luke, spoke words that touched the entire crowd on this warm September Saturday.

The Evening

Afterwards, we slipped away after dinner to the close by farm, where there was an airstream. The sunset shoot consisted of flowers, dancing around in the field, and lounging on the numerous couches in the airstream. April and Jen looked lovely in their wedding attire!

Meanwhile the celebration continued. The night was filled with laughter, a memorial to April’s late father, many heartfelt speeches, and a rowdy ending to the night dancing on tables. Finally, the night came to an end with April and Jen closing down the celebration.
